Georgina has an impressive sales career spanning 12 years.  She has held a variety of senior management roles, and now leads the Australian and New Zealand team as Head of Sales for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. LinkedIn is a global phenomenon and with over 175 million members and another 2 million joining every week, Linkedin is the largest professional network on the globe. 

Georgina loves working for LinkedIn where disruptive technology has transformed the way businesses hire, market, and sell.  She is passionate about transforming people and is currently completing a course with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, the world’s largest executive coaching network who work with top executives to enhance their leadership skills.

Emma Dearlove, Head of ANZ Small Business, Regional VIC/TAS

Over her 19-year banking career, Emma has held a variety of frontline relationship management, sales leadership and customer service roles in Australia and the U.K. The majority of this time has been in the Corporate & Commercial Division, with 2 years spent in Retail Distribution as Head of Affluent Banking.

Emma graduated 2 years ago from ANZ’s Accelerating Banking Experiences for Women program which is an internal 18-month bespoke program to build capability for senior leadership roles.

She is passionate about Small Business, diversity & flexibility. She is married with 2 young children and lives in Melbourne.
